Orders are considered confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or non-compliance with these Terms. For custom-sized bookshelves, a deposit may be required upon order placement, and changes to custom orders are subject to additional fees if production has begun.
Product descriptions, including dimensions, materials, and finishes, are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur—especially with wooden shelves, where natural grain patterns and color tones differ. Metal shelves may have slight surface textures inherent to manufacturing, and plastic shelves may vary marginally in color. Such variations do not constitute defects.
We provide a warranty for all bookshelves: 10 years for metal shelves (covering structural integrity and corrosion resistance), 5 years for wooden shelves (covering warping, cracking, and finish defects under normal use), and 2 years for plastic shelves (covering cracks and structural failure). The warranty does not apply to damage from improper assembly, misuse, accidental impact, or environmental factors like excessive moisture.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following rules: Unused, unassembled bookshelves in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Custom orders, used products, or items damaged due to customer error are not eligible for return. For defective products covered by warranty, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, covering all associated shipping costs.
Assembly of bookshelves is the customer’s responsibility. We provide detailed instructions and necessary hardware; improper assembly leading to damage voids the warranty. Wooden shelves require occasional maintenance (e.g., polishing, moisture protection) to preserve quality, while metal and plastic shelves may be cleaned with mild detergents—avoid harsh chemicals that could damage finishes.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or product details. Shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Payment must be made in full at the time of order; unpaid orders will be canceled after 24 hours.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to damage to property or personal injury from improper use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
