Order processing begins within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We prioritize thorough inspection of each product to uphold quality standards: wooden shelves are checked for structural integrity and finish consistency, metal shelves for corrosion resistance and joint stability, and plastic shelves for durability and assembly part completeness. Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak seasons, holidays, or for custom-sized items, as we ensure no compromises on quality before shipment.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders, while expedited shipping options (where available) reduce delivery time to 2-4 business days. International orders generally arrive within 10-20 business days, though customs clearance may extend this timeframe—factors beyond our control. We provide a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Wooden and metal shelves, due to their weight and sturdiness, may incur higher shipping fees compared to plastic shelves, which are lightweight and compact. We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions for orders meeting a minimum value—details will be displayed on the checkout page or promotional materials.
We take extra precautions to package each bookshelf for safe transit. Wooden shelves are wrapped in moisture-resistant material and padded with foam to protect against scratches and dents. Metal shelves are secured with reinforced packaging to prevent bending or surface damage. Plastic shelves are disassembled (where applicable) and packed in shock-absorbent boxes to avoid cracks. Despite these measures, if your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for assistance.
Delivery attempts: Our shipping partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the order, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local facility. Unclaimed packages after the specified period will be returned to us, and a restocking fee may apply if you wish to have the order resent; shipping costs for reshipment will be your responsibility.
International shipping considerations: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s authorities. Changes and cancellations: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to adjust details before shipment, please contact us immediately—we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Cancellations before processing are subject to a small administrative fee to cover order handling costs.
